This one goes out to all you UIQ3 hobbyists and developers out there. If you’ve been drooling over the new Sony Ericsson P1, but just can’t scrounge together the entrance fee to the P1-game, then head on over to the Sony Ericsson Developr World Wiki. The most innovative contribution to the wiki will wina P1! “A Wiki article sharing the most innovative use of a UIQ 3 API contributed by a registered Developer World member will win a P1 smartphone. To be considered in this competition, make sure that your article is relevant to developers and written in English, fills information gaps in the UIQ 3 Wiki section, includes quality code samples and features illustrations such as screenshots or diagrams.”
Submissions will be judged by members of the Sony Ericsson Developer World Team, who “will assess the merit of the published Wiki articles and decide the one winner. Their judgment cannot be contested. The UIQ 3 Wiki article competition is open from now until 23.59 CET on August 27, 2007.”
