1. Nokia 888 Communicator Nokia definitely has the most interesting concept phones. Nokia 888 Communicator is a striking futuristic concept phone. The phone, which uses liquid batteries, speech recognition, flexible touchscreen and touch-sensitive body cover,is designed by Tamer Nakisci and won the Nokia Design Award.

2 . Nokia Aeon Nokia Aeon was presented by Nokia on their website in the Research & Development section. What is so great about this phone is that it looks like it will actually go into production next February. Of course, its just a rumor, but still, makes us hope to actually see it someday in the GSM shop. All we know about it for now is that its a touchscreen phone and it looks fantastic.

3 . Sky "Sleak n Slim" "Sleek & Slim" from SKY is another concept based on touchscreen technology. The phone has a discretely glowing touchpad, hideaway keys and generally utterly-fashionable minimalist design.

4 . Benq-Siemes "Snaked" Benq designers thought of women too and presented Snaked. This is a "reptile" looking phone, creepy somehow, but still is very cool. The Snaked is a fashion phone for sport loving women, because it also has body monitoring sensors to help the ladies keep those fine shapes.

5 . What You See is What You Get Concept One thing is for sure about this concept phone they could've named it shorter. And of course, interaction is made through a touchscreen.
6 . Retroxis By Dark Label If most phones presented here will never be sold in store for sure, the Retroxis concept phone from Dark Label looks kinda human, and makes us hope we'll be able to get one of these one day. Interesting is that the phone has shape-memorizing material and sensors that allows the phone to change its shape according to the mode.

9 . TripleWatch Though the idea of a cellphone watch is not so new, the TripleWatch designed by Manon Maneenawa has an interesting triple flip technique that allows the user to transform the watch into a normal cellphone. Two major flaws with the Apple iPhone are its crappy camera and the unavailability of the “Copy & Paste” feature. The Citrix Receiver for iPhone is said to be a remote screen software that hooks to a PC and makes you feel like you are running Microsoft’s OS, including copy and paste functionality. This will be the very first application that will be supported by a reputed company.

E-football on your iPhone!

I feel like I have been writing about iPhone applications since ages. We have a new application for the iPhone every third day and the latest is the LED Football 2 by Mark Helmuth. With this iPhone application, the lovers of electronic football will be able to enjoy a range of features, including running, kicking, punts, field goals and the old standby, passing. It can even emulate the slow accumulation of wear on the plastic buttons. That’s really amazing. The power is at your fingertips to bring the defense to its knees. Watch as your receiver goes wide and your Quarterback locks on. As we were talking earlier about the iPhone being a perfect gaming platform, it seems like we might see more and more gaming applications for the iPhone in the near future.

Sony Ericsson C909 Audi R8 V10 Edition concept phone

Audi is a nice car and so is the Sony Ericsson C909 Audi R8 V10 Edition concept phone, designed by Tob!s at Esato. While a few at the forum page say that the handset has been made using a HTC Touch HD with Photoshop, but do I really care? I am in love with its sleek form factor and that’s what concept phones are all about. The phone is supposed to feature a 3-inch touchscreen with an 8-megapixel camera. The images are a treat for the eyes, but we better wait for Sony Ericsson to come up with a real one in the near future. The firm has already visualized the phones of 2012 to feature 12-20 megapixels camera.

Solar powered iPhone case is partly eco-friendly!

While Apple will take its time to come up with a solar powered iPhone, a firm called Solar Arcadia has come up with a solar powered casing for your iPhone. This eco-friendly iPhone case is basically a lithium ion battery pack with a solar panel that doubles as a flip cover for the iPhone. This is a real green idea, except for the fact that the case is made of leather. Anyway, this solar case features an LED status indicator. They claim that an empty iPhone battery can be recharged in 3 hours when the included Li-Ion battery pack is full. When the battery pack is empty, you can get your iPhone recharged directly from the power of the Sun itself. The case, available in SideFlip and Leather Flip models, is not really elegant, but then, it’s about showing your eco values. Yours for $45.95!
