
Naturally, the Swedish-Japanese handset maker reacted promptly and the later W580i shipments have been stopped in transit to ensure they did not go out. Anyone who had a problem with their W580i keypad should contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
I just hope this wasn’t the error caused by the shake feature, as I find that as one of the key selling points of the W580i! And of the W910i, of course…
